Alaska Airlines wins service award

SeaTac's Alaska Airlines today was named the winner of Air Transport World magazine's Joseph S. Murphy Industry Service Award for outstanding community and public service. The airline is the first U.S. carrier to win the award, which will be presented at a gala dinner Feb. 13 in Singapore.
