Wall Street Journal rates Alaska Airline best of the majorsThe News Tribune 2012-01-10 21:18:39The Wall Street Journal's Middle Seat blog is out with its 2011 airline customer service ratings and SeaTac's Alaska Airlines once again is at the top of the list. Alaska was also in first place in 2010. Alaska, the smallest of the domestic major airlines, ranked high because of its first-place finish in on-time operations and canceled flights and its second-place rankings for customer complaints. American Airlines, which recently sought bankruptcy reorganization, finished last in the Journal's ranking.
